  2. Services and Agreements Descriptions of services (e.g., Heartfelt Companionship & Support, Dignified Bathing & Grooming, etc.) are illustrative and subject to change. Actual services are provided only pursuant to a separate, written client service agreement or care plan, which will govern terms like scope, scheduling, payment, termination, and responsibilities. Nothing on the Website creates a contract for services. Submitting a form (e.g., “Book Appointment”) initiates a consultation process, not automatic service provision.

Intellectual Property All content on the Website (text, images, logos, service descriptions) is owned by Aging Home Care Services or its licensors and protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only, with no modification or removal of notices. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
